Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This page is maintained by The Stream Lab to answer common privacy questions about our platform. It is a plain-language summary of our practices, not a legal contract.

What we collect

  • Account info you give us: email, display name, platform handles, profile details.
  • Content you create: collab posts, DMs, marketplace listings, profile copy.
  • Connected platform data: when you link Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok we read public channel stats and analytics scoped to what you authorize.
  • Operational data: logins, IP for security, basic usage analytics to improve the product.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

  • Run the features you signed up for (collab finder, marketplace, analytics, AI tools).
  • Keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, account, password reset). No marketing spam.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not share your DMs or private profile data with other users.
  • We do not use dark patterns to keep you on the app.

Subprocessors

We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the service, including hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing. We pick vendors with strong security track records.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing info@thestreamlaboratory.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
