These terms are maintained by The Stream Lab in plain language. By using the service you agree to them.
Your account
You must be 13 or older (16+ in the EU) to use The Stream Lab. You're responsible for your account and the content you post.
What you can't do
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Post illegal content, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates platform policies of Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok.
- Scrape, resell, or automate the service without written permission.
- Use the marketplace to scam, misrepresent work, or take payments off-platform after matching.
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from billing.
- Cancellation stops future charges. Active months are not pro-rated.
- If you believe you were charged in error, email info@thestreamlaboratory.com within 14 days and we'll review.
Content ownership
You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a license to display it inside the service so the product can work (e.g. showing your collab post to other creators).
Termination
We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or our moderation policy. You can delete your account at any time.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, secure, and useful, but we don't guarantee specific growth, sponsorship, or revenue outcomes.
